Return Policy

At PTT Anywhere, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to return any product purchased through our website. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Please note that a restocking fee of thirty percent (30%) of the original purchase price will be applied to all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
  • Software, digital downloads, or items marked as “final sale”
  • Any product with missing accessories, manuals, or other included components
  • Due to hygienic considerations, returns are not accepted for items such as earpieces, boom microphones, headsets, etc.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at [email protected] or call 1-800-226-7470 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Once approved, securely pack the item with all original components and send it to the address provided along with the RMA number.


Note: Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

Additionally, refunds are not available for any services that have already been rendered, including any monthly service fees for the devices. For example, if you return a device, you may be eligible for a refund on the hardware, but any service fees already paid for the use of the device, such as a monthly subscription or airtime, are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different item or model, please contact us within the 30-day return period. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must meet the same return conditions.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or 1-800-226-7470 so we can resolve the issue promptly.
